Skye and Ryan Start Preschool

Well I guess it is about time for me to join all of you bloggers. Now normally I am not a follower but being that I have children I thought this would be a nice way for everyone to keep track of them...and occasionally Kurt and I. Alright, I know that you are all thinking why now, my children have been around for a few years, well things are starting to get exciting for them and I wanted all of you to be able to know what is going on and how they are enjoying it. Although right now the only exciting thing they have going for them is preschool...that's still very exciting for them and for me! They both go to this wonderful school three days a week for three hours and have wonderful teachers and assistants. Skye even gets to have her best friend Evan in the class with her and she's right next door to Ryan. Skye absolutely loves school and her teachers and they love her. Ryan on the other hand only loves it after he stops screaming and pounding on the door to get out. He has cried all but two days so far. His teachers have assured me that this will past...and I know it will...but boy does it break my heart to leave him that way. Not only has he cried all but two days...so have I. I know this will get better I just hope it's sooner than later. Oh yes, and while the kids are in school I get to sit around and do absolutely nothing...YA RIGHT...I actually intern for a medical transcription company and work the entire time they are gone. HIPPEE! Now that I've started blogging I can't promise you that I'll do it daily or even weekly for that matter...but I will try to do it often...just check back occasionally and you may get lucky.

Until next time, hugs and kisses.

I am so excited that I can now keep track of you guys!!! Yea! I am in tears here just reading how Ryan is crying when you leave....I remember those days well, and the truth is it SUCKS! But it will get easier, and then just when you think you've got it down pat the tears will start again and it's him manipulating you...fun times ahead! ha ha!! Love to you all!!

Welcome to the wonderful world of blogging, so glad to see you here.

I am pretty sure that Ryan will start loving school soon once he gets used to it.

How nice for you to have 3 hours to yourself to get some stuff done!

I remember the days I had to drop Savannah off. I reflect back to how our parents must of felt and smile, now I understand why Mom made me kiss her or give a hug.......LOL I'll tell you it only gets better at least the elementary years. The pre teens and teen years, not sure yet! This site made me smile!! Thanks
Love,
Susie & Savannah

Hey Sista....

I love that you have this. I love seeing my neice and nephew - they are growing up to darn quick - I remember the days of leaving school with a heavy heart but then hearing how well they had adjusted after I had the longest days of my life ;). Enjoy these moments, as hard as they are, they too will pass too quickly.

Love you all,
Auntie Kerri
